So Ryan and Sara are changing my food. Not because there was anything necessarily wrong with my old food but just that we still don't know what's wrong with me. The vet said that we'll just have to keep me on that prednisone stuff every other day (because when we switched to every four days I got sick again) and see how I do. I wish I didn't have to keep taking that stuff because it makes me more anxious, especially when other people are over and I'm even more excitable when there is food around. I just can't help it.
They did say they were going to consult some specialist network, so we'll see what happens with that. Anyways, for anyone interested, my old food that I'm not going to be getting anymore is Wellness, but we've found just as many people saying it's a great food as those saying it's not that good anymore. The new one is really yummy too and is called EaglePack. (neither of them are made by that company Menu Foods that's making some of our friends sick)

are you going to be eating Eagle pack Holistic? I used to eat that and then when they came out with the anchoviy and sardine my mom bought us that to try. We really liked it.
Ryan got me the anchovy and sardine one...it is sooo yummy!
Dear Scubee...what about regular hooman food? mom got me off the store stuff and now i eat cooked hamburg, rice, peas, carrots, some potatoes, steak and chicken. so far so good and i haven't thrown up in almost a month! she mixes the cooked stuff with some hard food which is called Natural Choice so that i get everything i need. we get it through Global Pet Food and they also sell the packaged raw food too which mom is tempted to get...why don't you read up on this link, it really sounds good to my mom! mom called them and talked to them about the whole food situation and she is seriously considering it. They are located in Nova Scotia!

Sorry Scubee, mom meant to say that Global Pet Food sells the raw stuff as well but the link she sent you is from Totally Raw Food in NS...basically the same but two different companies.

Food is serious business, eh? Eve had to do a lot of research and yes, it's pretty costly but I'm on timberwolf organics and the honest kitchen and then alternate between home cooked food and raw meaty bones.

I eat the healthy (expensive) stuff too. Mama had a hard time opening her wallet at first, but she got over it. Us pups are so worth it!
I hope the new food helps...I don't want you to be sick anymore. And I certainly do not want you to have to see that mean Dr. House...I just saw him almost kill a boy to try to make him better!
Hey Scubee! I haven't seen you in forever. Glad to see the humans are taking good care of you. I know I definitely eat better than my people do. I have better health insurance too. At least we know whose really important around her.

I use to have loads of problems with food when I was a puppy but not anymore. I have home made chicken, rice, vegetables, beef and all kinds of supplements.
