in memory of Scubee the one and only Wienerblab

a message from sara and ryan:

After a heroic battle with lymphoma, Scubee passed away peacefully in our arms on Tuesday, July 3rd 2007.

Although he wasn't with us for very long, we will be eternally grateful for the joy that Scubee brought to our lives. His first couple of years may have been rough, but Scubee more than made up for it in the last two years, which were filled with love, games, cuddles, and, perhaps most importantly, plenty of treats. Scubee was a true character, and won over the hearts of everyone who met him (with perhaps the exception of our mail carrier!)

Our deepest thanks go out to Animal Rescue Coalitions in Halifax for giving Scubee the chance to adopt us, to the Dogs with Blogs community, particularly for all the supportive messages over the last few days, and of course to the Wienerblab fan club of family and friends who loved Scubee despite and because of all his eccentrities (if you've ever been in a car with Scubee, you know what we're talking about).

So long, Scubee. We will miss you terribly. It's been a blast.

See you at the rainbow bridge.

Hello Scubee, Sara and Ryan

Thank you for sharing this with us. We may not have known Scubee for a long time or have known him very well, he was certainly very special.

I am sad for the loss but find comfort that all our loved ones meet us at the rainbow bridge oneday and they are young again and free from pain.

It was so important that Scubee had a loving family at the end. Even if it wasn't for that long. All it matters was that he was loved and lived his life and days full of happiness. He left you guys knowing that he was loved and he can now go in peace and wait.

All of our dogs who have left us are now there with Scubee. They are happy and free.

Hugs
Eve and Fei

Dear Sara and Ryan. Thanks for sharing Scubee with those of us who have stumbled upon your blog. From what I've read, Scubee seemed to me a very special dog. Good to read that his passing was peaceful. I share your sorrow, but hope you'll find comfort in the memory o the good times you've had with Scubee. My own Dax André will be waiting for him in the happy hunting fields of forever with a large and juicy bone and show him around.

Scubee,

You loved well. You are free now. Run like the wind, brother!

Sara & Ryan, Scubee didn't just adopt you, he knows that you adopted him too. He was loved, and he left this world sure of that fact.

I don't know exactly how you feel right now, but my girl told me that the ache and missing Scubee would be part of the price of love. I'm thinking, from what little I know of Scubee, that loving him was worth the price.

AireZen to you both,
Stanley (and his hooman girl, Lisa)

What can we say? We are sad Scubee is gone but we are comforted by the fact that it was peaceful and he was surrounded by love. You gave Scubee the best gift a dog could ever want ... a loving family who cares and comforts. We know you are sad but we hope, in time, the memories you have of Scubee bring smiles again.

Sara Ryan and Scubee

Thanks for sharing with me all those special moments with the furry one, and for letting me dog sit sometimes. He will always be a loved member of the Vine family, and it was wonderful that there was such a special little guy in the family for the past two years. Now he can run free together with Chessa, those two always did like to play tug-a-war. Sending you love from the Rock,
Aunt Melanie

I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
