it's almost time to say goodbye

sara and ryan came to get me from the hospital this morning, so i am home now. the nice vets gave me fluids through a tube, but they told me there's not much more we can do because the cancer has moved into my organs.

for now, i'm just going to lie out in the backyard in the shade and enjoy some time with my family. i'm not in too much pain really, and i am still drinking some water, but i just don't think i can hang on much longer. even though wienerblabs are world-renowned for being excellent fighters, i think it's almost time for me to go.

i keep telling sara and ryan not to be sad, and that i am so glad that they let me adopt them. they say that they really would have liked to have more time with me, but i am reminding them that i have had the best 25 months that i could ever have imagined!! even if it took more than a year for my people to discover pupcakes, and even if i was sick near the end, i have had a wonderful time!

Scubee, noooooo.
My humans keep telling me Chessa will be there (wherever that is) to give you lots of doggie kisses. And they say she will play with you lots.
But I don't want you to go.
I love you little buddy. You are the best.

My dearist Scubee
We love you so and wish you could be around for a bit longer too, but you have been such an amazing pup and made all of our lives so much fuzzier and happier and we could not ask for anything more from you. You hold a very speical place in our hearts and you have shown Fernwood what an amazing weinerblabs you are. Rest well Scubee, and run free and happy for forever with our dear Chessa.

Scubee
I cried and cried when I read your comments and post.

I don't know what to say.
more than 6 years ago, our family dog had renal failure. She was not in pain but could not longer hold down food or even water.
It was time to go.

We didn't know if it was okay to keep her on drips or to let her go with dignity and compassionate medical intervention.

You see, I had grown up with her in my life. She was always there.

Was it okay to let her go ?
Was it enough for her?
We hired many animal communicators and eventually got a clear message that seemed like it was our dog talking. She passed away peacefully in our arms and was laid down to rest.
I am crying as I post this.

I am sending you lots of love and faith in that we all meet our loved ones again.

Love
Fei and Eve( the human)

Dear Scubee,

Though we never met I am so sorry about this. Cancer is a very scary thing, for people and animals. I pray that God will bless you and your family during this time. Though your time may be short here on earth, it will be infinite in heaven. (and pain free too!)

Enjoy the time you have my dear pooch. Drink some water and lounge about in the shade, and know that lots of doggies (and humans) prayers are with you.

I was just looking at your baby pictures from your time here, and remembering all the fun we had. Sara and Ryan are the luckiest people to have shared their heart and home with you, as I did for a short time
I know I should not be crying as you have been a joy to all you have touched and brought so much to our lives, but I’m selfish and want you to stay with us
Please let your mom and Dad know if there is anything we can do we will be there in a flash…the ARC gang took it hard when we read your message

I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
